Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

United States Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, shipping times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Customs processing
  • High order volumes
  • Public holidays

MANEKIN is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers after an order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. MANEKIN is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, contact us immediately at support@manekinskincare.com before your order is shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged package and products.

MANEKIN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
